Jeana Keough of the Real Housewives of Orange County received her second notice of default in December. She has lowered the price from 5.5 million to 3.9.

But alas, whatever mortgage restructuring she managed to make happen back in the spring of 2009, it did not scratch her financial pinch itch for long because according to public records a second nasty Notice of Default was filed on the property in mid-December of 2009. Hold tight, butter beans, it gets worse. On the 10th of December of 2010 an even more nasty Notice of Sale was recorded on Miz Keough’s casa with an auction date set for the fifth of March, 2010. Oh dear. The minimum bid, according to the public records we accessed, is $1,519,824, which we assume–but do not know for sure–is the amount Miz Keough owes her lender. It’s very possible that Miz Keough has managed to stave off this trustee’s sale so don’t nobody go down to the courthouse in Santa Ana looking to bid on this uber-suburban albatross without first confirming the sale is a go-go.

Sad News for Jeana Keough
Kara Keough, offspring of Jeana Keough from The Real Housewives of Orange County, is working as an intern at E! entertainment these days.
Kara, 21, recently transferred from Berkeley and the “bummers” to UCLA, closer to Hollywood, her true ambition.
Kara played the little girl who befriended the monkey in the 1995 Dustin Hoffman film “Outbreak”, shown quite often on cable television.

Jeana Keough was one of the original housewives from season one. She has been voted in some polls as the most popular cast member.
This season, viewers will see Jeana go through significant lifestyle changes because of the sputtering economy and sagging real estate market.
“We’re not going out to eat as much,” said Jeana, 54, a real estate agent. “I cut back on a couple of cars. The kids have really learned the value of money.” ( did they have a choice?)
Jeana is going through a divorce with former Major League Baseball player Matt Keough. She has three kids: Shane, 23, who’s playing with the minor league Stockton Ports baseball team; Kara, 21,the little girl in the Dustin Hoffman movie “Outbreak”, has left Berkeley and is a junior at UCLA; and Colton, 17, a senior at Tesoro High School.
The former Playboy Playmate (November 1980) says she really has enjoyed being on “Housewives,” and it has helped her gain referrals in her business. “People call and say, ‘You don’t know me, but I watch the show.’ I’ve met a lot of friends that way.”
At the same time, the series does have an effect on her personal life. “The kind of guys I date don’t want to be on TV.” (what do you want, Jeana, a Slade Smiley?)
Jeana will appear in the first three episodes of season 5, and then say goodbye to the show, so she can focus on finances and family. “I don’t think they can kill me because it’s reality,” she said. Her final episode will air Nov. 19.

Jeana Keough and her brat pack may or may not return for at least some of Season 5 on The Real Housewives of Orange County. There doesn’t seem to be a definite answer on another season of Kara Keough mugging for the camera and Shane Keough disrespecting his mother.
