The stars of The Real Housewives franchise are briefly leaving their gated communities for a chance to compete for the big million-dollar payout. Next week, from Monday, February 22 to Friday, February 26, some of Bravo’s controversial housewives will be participating on Who Wants to be a Millionaire, the TV quiz show hosted by Meredith Viera.
Don’t expect any hair-pulling or table-flipping drama, though. The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Caroline Manzo , Dina Manzo ,Jacqueline Laurita and Teresa Giudice , New York stars Kelly Bensimon , LuAnn De Lesseps , Ramona Singer Alex McCord and Jill Zarin , and Atlanta’s Kandi Burruss will all be paired with real housewives from all over the country.
Other housewives who aren’t pairing up with contestants, including The Real Housewives of Orange County ‘s Vicki gunvalson, Jeana Keough, Tamra Barney and Lynne Curtin , New Jersey’s Danielle Staub and Atlanta’s Sheree Whitfield and Lisa Wu Hartwell will be reading the questions.
Also gracing this special housewives-studded edition is Bravo ‘s Andy Cohen exec producer and host of Watch What Happens, who will serve as the expert lifeline via Skype all week.

So says Danielle Staub to Ashley Holmes, daughter of Jacqueline Laurita, co-star on The Real Housewives of New Jersey

19-year-old Ashley Holmes has been found guilty of assault in the November attack.
After a verbal confrontation at the Hamburg Turnpike Country Club last November, Holmes attacked Staub and managed to yank out Danielle’s weave hair!
Ashley Holmes twittered yesterday:
When someone hurts us, We want to hurt them back. When someone wrongs us, We want to be right. Without forgiveness, nothing is ever settled.
The fight is scheduled to air on the upcoming season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey.
Bring it on!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey may flip tables, they would never do what the White House crashers did last Tuesday.
When USmagazine.com asked the Bravo stars what they thought of Michaele and Tareq Salahi — the fame-seeking couple who successfully made their way past security at a White House state dinner, coming face-to-face with President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden — they were none too pleased.
“It’s a little crazy,” Teresa Giudice told Us at the My Hero Gala in NYC Tuesday. “I wouldn’t go to any place I wasn’t invited to. It’s poor etiquette. It’s not my style.”
The Salahis, who are reportedly aspiring cast members of the upcoming Real Housewives of DC series, have allegedly been shopping their story to networks for hundreds of thousands of dollars, the Associated Press reports.
“There are plenty of ways to get your 15 minutes,” Caroline Manzo told Us. “I thought it was irresponsible — very irresponsible. We are at a time of war and what message does that send to those who want to do us harm?”
Caroline’s younger sister Dina Manzo agrees.
“I don’t care if it’s the White House or your next door neighbor and you’re not invited, you don’t show up,” she told Us. “It’s really not the right thing to do.”
The Secret Service is still considering launching a criminal investigation against the crashing couple. They refused to appear before Congress to answer questions. All the balls in the world..those Salahi’s

The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Giudice, Jacqueline Laurita Dina Manzo Danielle Staub, Caroline Manzo
NEW YORK – October 6, 2009 – Today, Bravo announced series pickups for “The Real Housewives of D.C.” and a second season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” both set to premiere in 2010. Production for both series is currently underway. The announcements were made by Frances Berwick, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Bravo Media.
“The Real Housewives of D.C.,” the most recent addition to Bravo’s hit franchise, is set in the influential metropolitan region of Washington, D.C. A place for power and politics, Bravo scouted the D.C. area to identify the city’s alluring and discriminating residents, the women who have their pulse on the most important cultural events, political galas, gallery openings and fundraisers in Washington society. The season will bring viewers inside the lives and homes of movers and shakers in the community, all connected in different ways to the political arena. The D.C. wives, cast to be determined, will move comfortably from fundraisers to discussing everything from the economy to high fashion.
Everyone’s favorite Jersey Girls are back for a second season of table flipping drama. “The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s” freshman season ranks as the highest rated Real Housewives series ever in all demographics, averaging 2.55 million total viewers and 1.91 million adults 18-49.
