UPDATE January 16, 2014, 1:21 PM PST
As I stated in the article below, the Brandi apologists have shifted into high gear, even those who didn’t listen to the podcast, smh.
Fox 411 picked up on the story, but had to close comments, so incendiary.
Change.org has an online petition:
What will the Brandi Glanville apologists say now? There is no way to twist Brandi’s most recent podcast into a joke.
At about the 27 minute mark, Brandi is talking to Jim Florentine, a comedian who was sexually assaulted as a child by a priest. He doesn’t make jokes about it. But Brandi, with her usual unfiltered diarrhea of the mouth, made it into one.:
“I was actually stalking you online, Jim, and we have something in common! I, too, wanted to be molested as a child and was passed up.” Brandi continued, “My sister got felt up by a principal and nothing for me. He didn’t even look at me sideways.”
Jim asked her, “did you feel hurt by that?” Brandi replied, “Yeah, now looking back I’m super bummed. I was thinking ‘all this and nothing?!’ Super hot and they passed me up!”
In her Drinking and Tweeting book, she through her father under the bus as she told the world he was the neighborhood drug dealer back in the day. The story of the molestation of her sister was not her story to share. This podcast was recorded yesterday, this sick woman still doesn’t see her words have far-reaching ramifications.
Eddie Cibrian should be on the phone with his lawyer right now. Imagine making LeAnn Rimes look like Mother Teresa.
I wonder how many people who thought Brandi’s racist remarks toward Joyce Giraud were just a joke will find this most recent foot-in-mouth “cute”, and “just Brandi, lol”.
Andy Cohen, are you ready to fire her yet?
