Here’s the document Taylor Armstrong says she signed “under duress” in 2007 when she and the late Russell Armstrong were first accused of diverting shares of MyMedicalRecords.com into their fake NuWay Digital Corporation. John Ann Hotchkiss, Russell’s mother, is also named as part of the Armstrong Family Trust. Manuel Glaze is the AFT trustee, responsible for diverting funds to that off-shore account in the Cook Islands. Robert Lorsch is the President and CEO of MyMedicalRecords.com.
The next set of documents contain Taylor’s answers to the charges. She claims to know nothing, though her name is on everything. Robert Lorsch not only accuses her of using the Ford (Motor Company) name to get accounts, but also to tell potential investors the Fords were invested in the company. Taylor is due in court December 16, 2011.

All of these comments crack me up, and I am not a Taylor lover by any means. Does anyone have any proof that Taylor neglected her child? Going out drinking after WWHL, does not make her a bad mother or guilty of neglect. If someone of you have nothing better to do than to attend these court hearings, I would suggest volunteering at a local hospital or women’s shelter. Not one of us knows the truth. We will have to leave it up to the lawyers and the court system to determine if Taylor had any previous knowledge of the money, etc. Taylor will get her just day ~ it always happens no matter what.
“Did daddy do something stupid?” That poor kid. Can’t you just hear TraylorTrash screeching at Russel about how he is “doing something stupid” while the poor dork was still alive? Because, you know that’s where Kennedy got that phrase.

You aren’t fooling many with your false claims of abuse or anything else. Tell the truth…you brow beat Russell. You belittled him. YOU started all of those arguments. Why? Because you didn’t have enough of anything to make you happy. Always wanted more, more, more! NOTHING he did was good enough to make you happy. You made him feel like a failure. You drove him to make shady decisions and more. All in an effort to make you happy. Never enough for you, you selfish and entitled BRAT! You drove a man to take his own life. Russell killed himself possibly because he knew this another financial scams were going to be public. And now that he is dead Taylor will try to use that to her advantage. I’m not sure why I’m surprised she’s using this defense. Of course she’s going to blame the (dead) abuser. Maybe Andy can give Taylor her own show covering her various court dealings.
I am tired of people claiming they were under duress or whatever when signing legal documents. Don’t sign them then, if you don’t want to. Pay the price if you do. Taylor is really questionable and this just makes her more so.,
I might just attend the proceedings on the 16th. Ought to be very interesting.

I’ve certainly seen how creative Taylor gets with her stories. Whatever works for her at the moment, she’s happy to use. She appears to lie frequently on the RHBHs, with not a thought of potentially putting other cast members in the sites of Russell, whom she now says was dangerous. She can blame him for all things since he’s dead, and does, with no thought or concern that their daughter will one day have to face the shame being heaped upon her dead dad for public entertainment and a financial windfall for Taylor. The woman is completely despicable.
And I wonder why CPS (or whatever the equivalent is in California) is not investigating Taylor for child neglect, or worse. Given how Kennedy behaved at both of her birthday parties, something is seriously wrong. And this was before the tragedy with Russell.
And wasn’t it crazy that on WWHL Taylor saw fit to quote her daughter on Russell’s suicide: “Did Daddy do something stupid?” Did Taylor really need to share something so personal? (Although, given her history, this is probably also a lie.)
I didn’t catch the beginning of WWHL, though found it interesting that Taylor was yucking it up w/Andy, like everything was fine and dandy. Maybe I missed something in translation?
Also Taylor has no concern for Russell’s other children who are old enough to see everything awful she now is claiming about their father. Even if true, what decent mother would do that to innocent children?
Taylor’s laughing and joking on WWHL was scandalous. Her husband killed himself a mere 4 months ago, and she’s having a great time, isn’t she? No wonder his family wonder if he was murdered; Taylor couldn’t have planned it better to get her off the financial destruction hook if she…had.
After she was on wwhl, she went out drinking! She’s emotional when Andy is questioning her but had no problem going out instead of being with her daughter! Notice you don’t see her doing anything with Kennedy unless its to put on a birthday “show” that’s really for Taylor to get attention. We’ve seen 2 birthdays where she is the center of attention! @ least all of the other ladies have their children! Taylor’s too busy with partying & being Taylor! It’s been this way before Russell passed away. I wonder who has her daughter since she certainly doesn’t!
