The InvestorsHub Message Boards are full of speculation as word of Taylor Armstrong’s book deal spread around the ‘net last week. Taylor Armstrong, as reported here, is being sued by MyMedicalRecords.com, with an upcoming court date December 16. Investors are attempting to recoup some of their losses from a shady deal Taylor and the late Russell Armstrong set up.
The members of this message board are speculating on what Taylor will receive:
Here’s a sample Simon & Schuster “PUBLISHING AGREEMENT” to get a general idea of what kind of money Taylor Armstrong may have coming in relation to her new book deal.
1) $100,000.00 on the signing of this Agreement
2) $28,571.43 on the delivery and acceptance of the
manuscript for Book #1, as satisfactory to the Publisher
3) Royalties – trade edition:
8% of catalog retail price on the first 50,000 copies sold; and
10% of catalog retail price on all copies sold thereafter
4) Royalties – trade paperback edition:
6% of catalog retail price on all copies sold; and
7.5% of catalog retail price on all copies sold thereafter
Everyone wants their money, MMR.com thinks Taylor has money in off-shore accounts.

I think the truth lies somewhere in the middle. Do I think RA was a perfect husband, probably not but did he really physically abuse his wife? I am not convinced.
Taylor’s trying to say she signed various company documents under duress, at the urging of Russell. We all know Russell was a scam artist but she was in on it too.
She used
the last name FORD (as in the automotive FORD family) and infact went so far as to sign company docs as FORD-ARMSTRONG, in hopes of influencing potential investors. She was right there in the thick of it and now she’s trying to get out from under the lawsuit. Plaintiff wants a jury trial and I hope it comes to that. Being in LA I will certainly attend the trial.

Her first court date was last friday the docments are posted on this website
I like to give every woman who claims to be the victim of domestic abuse the benefit of the doubt, having been there myself. I know the psychological damage that the abuse inflicts, leading to very erratic behaviour by the abused. We don’t always call the cops or tell the emergency room doctor the truth. But Mrs. Armstrong’s credibility is seriously in question on so many levels. Very few people even care about her anymore, let alone believe her.
you are so right!
so MMR should attach a lien on or file a claim against the proceeds from this book.
I think Taylor is a fake. I don’t believe everything she says, if you watch the show, you know she doesn’t know the truth from a hole in the ground. Why would anyone spend money to read anything she has to say.?!
If her accusations are true about Russell, why would you want the whole world to know this about the father of your child. She is a very sick person!
I agree, what an actress, what a liar.
I’d be angry too. Offshore money seems likely.
