On last night’s episode of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we begin to get some answers to the statement Kim Richards made during the awful limousine scene at the end of Season 1. “You stole my house” she screamed at Mauricio Umansky. Since then, Mauricio and Kyle Richards have been self-righteously defending themselves against the allegation.
As you can see from my original post (below) I always thought there was some ring of truth to it, even though Kim is seldom sober. I found this Entertainment Tonight “Whatever Happened To” video.
Last night, she states she wanted $20,000 for her part of the Palm Desert home, only to find out she had no part.
Bingo
Remember, Kim had an extremely lucrative acting career as a child, generating millions for the family.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills finale left us with more questions than answers. Why did Kim accuse Kyle of stealing her house?
About four minutes in, this video from Entertainment Tonight shows Kim Richards, looking younger and happier, and her mother Kathy Fenton, shortly before Kathy’s death in 2002.
In the video, Kim states she moved herself and her four children to Arizona, where her mother resided, during that time. Reportedly, when she moved back to California, the properties were no longer in her name.
Interesting? Kim stated during the finale that she bought the house they lived in as children. Is this the house her sister Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky “stole’ from her?

Kyle Richards is a manipulator with her crying at will all the time. I believe the way she treats her sister, always putting her down. Trying to make her seems like a fool with Kim’s own children and always, suggesting that something is wrong with Kim shows that she has motives.
Regarding Kim’s home, I believe Kyle probably stole it, she seems the type and probably that is why her other sister and her family avoids being in anything with her. Does anyone notice that the other sister avoids all the events and family gathering. That I believe is because they don’t want Kyle to ride on their backs.
Kysle is just a very awful, despicable person.
The aging process kicks in at this time for people so she does look older and I’m assuming she probably does drink, sunbathe and/or smoke. As for the house comment – I definitely think there is something to it. From what I see – Kyle is a rage-aholic and very dramatic, narcissistic, etc. So – maybe her mother asked her to look after her sister who did pay for everything by working as a child actor. But I’m willing to bet it was not nearly as dramatic as she makes it – nor that Kim is a noose around her neck. I think they all have issues with alcoholism. And if you think that Kyle is well adjusted and has such GREAT friends – then why is she so willing to start this bisexual looking friendship with the grifter Taylor Armstrong? Who shows up so incredibly strung out at some red carpet event.
These people have too much money and too much plastic surgery.
I think that maybe Kim and Kyle’s mother was worried because Kim was taken advantage of by her ex-boyfriend that fathered her last child. She was married twice, the last time to a family from Texas that made money from oil and I’ll bet she didn’t marry her youngest child’s father because she’d lose her alimony. And I bet the jerk boyfriend took her to the cleaners and that’s why she’s so broke and has to live off of Kyle and her husband’s kindness. Maybe the “stolen house” comment was because she was forced to sell a house and Mauricio, being a real-estate agent handle the sale and she feels cheated.The real estate market has been absolutely brutal the last couple of years.
First, there is no way to take a person’s property out their name without consent. As for why Kim would make such a claim? Well, Kim lies. A lot. On the show she made several verifiable lies. Big ones. Like her ‘holding’ her sister and comforting her after Ny. Complete lie. And, according to several sources, Kim spent money like crazy and is financially irresponsibe. What probably happened is Kim was in danger of losing the house to foreclosure and the Umansky’s came in and bought it to keep in the family. And, in stead of being thankful, Kim is typically bitter and angry. And, if that was really shot in 2002, there’s no doubt in my mind she’s a hardcore alcoholic. She’s aged 25 years in 8.

If the Mom did leave the house, Kim bought as a child, to Kyle and told Kyle to look after Kim, Kyle should have used all the money to take care of her sister. Why would Kim make such a statement if it was not true?
I could be way off but this is what I think the story about the stolen home goes……The money Kim made as a child actor paid for the home. Mom dies and leaves the house to Kyle because Mom died “worring” about Kim…
Now if Kyle was as honest as she wants everyone to believe, she should have given half of the home to Kim.
I truly believe Kim feels Kyle “stole” it, and in a round about way, Kyle did.
I think that ur right there is much more to the story that we will neverknow. I think that the house was left to Kyle because the mother knew about Kims problems and couldn’t trust her with the money. Everyone is making Kyle out to be the “bad” sister. I think that is wrong. Obviously when Kyle said that her husband had been taking care of Kim and her kids every month, It’s obvious that Kim has problems, did u see the episode of Kim going to the grocery store and picking up single gary…in front of her kids. Watch just that episode and u can see what is wrong with Kim. I think she has a drinking problem and maybe a pill problem too, which is why she isolates herself. Her problems are her own. Kyle has a great life, a fabulous husband, beautiful smart kids and I think that Kim is jealous of Kyle which is why she says that Kyle is hard on her at times.
I would b too, if I had my own family, worked hard all the time,had wonderful friends and then had this noose around my neck named Kim. Kyle needs to cut her off. Maybe if she did she would have spent more than a week in rehab. I knew all along that Kim had problems of that nature. Cut her off Kyle. Enough is enough. She backstabbed you the whole season, enough is enough.
You are waaay too involved. But you probably don’t give any credit to the fact that Kim did sacrifice her childhood for her family. She obviously has some issues due to that. But Kyle has a superiority complex due to her being pampered while Kim was the family checkbook. Just a little insight please.
There is definately something to that statement Kim made to Kyle in that limo. It really bothered Kyle, and I really think it is more to the story. Hopefully it will come out. Kinda strange don’t you think……?
OMG you’re trying to get us to believe that interview is from just 8-9 years ago!? If that’s true I feel so sad for Kim….she’s aged 20+ years since 2002.
Firstly she needs to stay out of the sun and secondly stop drinking….it’s taken a toll on her skin and has given her a “whiskey” voice ala Janice.
Watched the entire video, did not see where it was ever mentioned anywhere, not at 4, 4.5, etc.
