So dramatic.

In yet another In Touch Weekly cover story, Teresa Giudice expresses her fears of life without hubby Joe Giudice if he goes to prison for  his most recent arrest, impersonating his brother to obtain a drivers license (his was suspended after his January 2010 DUI.)

The maximum sentence for this offense is 20 years.

Here’s Teresa with her children on the cover again, Gabriella, 6, Milania, 5.  Reaching for public sympathy?  Extending that 15 minutes?  Or just the paycheck from In Touch?

Teresa won’t talk about the bankruptcy fraud trial scheduled for next month, which promises to be a three-ring circus.

“I have anxiety about it,” Teresa says. “I can’t sleep.”

As for Joe, despite the fact that he has apparently been involved in criminal activity for years, he doesn’t think he belongs in prison.  Here’s his quote:

Joe adds that he absolutely cannot go back to prison citing that “a week in jail is like an eternity.” He adds, “When you are living outside, taking care of your family and then suddenly, you’re confined and being ordered around, it’s awful.” He insists,”I don’t belong in a place where those people are.”

What people are those, Joe? Other criminals like you?  Oh, let me guess…

Meanwhile, Teresa won’t talk about the bankruptcy fraud trial scheduled for next month, which promises to be a three-ring circus. Probably upon the advice of her attorneys.

I feel sorry for Teresa, I hope her family stand by her if Joe has to serve time. Its hard raising children without your husband. I know one thing she has been working her butt off to bring home the bacon.

More proof that these two are in denial and believe the rules of life don’t apply to them. Sadly, their kids are going to suffer.
