Often the personalities surrounding the Real Housewives are more interesting than the women. Case in point: New housewife and entertainment attorney Phaedra Parks‘ husband Apollo Nida. a career criminal, having spent 6 of the last 12 years in federal prison, on two unrelated crimes.
Is Phaedra one of those women who thinks she can rehabilitate a man? Not knocking her, I was once one of those women. It a’int happening, that I know.

Nida lost no time re-acclimating to society because within 6 months he was married to Phaedra Parks and the couple was expecting a baby in July, 2010 – which if you do the math means that the baby was conceived right around the time of their wedding on the weekend of November 1, 2009.
This is a recipe for disaster. Hope I’m wrong.
Watch What Happens
I was not a big fan of this lady at first. But when she was in the labor room I think she had been telling everyone the baby was early due to her mother. She knew it had to come out as soon as everyone (medical and civil), saw that the baby was a full term baby. You would be surprised what a woman can think when pregnant and having issues with the pregancy.
In my first year of nursing school I Sa Fran., there was a woman of about 25-30 years old that was in total denial about having a baby. She complained of chronic abdominal pain for 2 days but denied that she could be in labor.
When the bay was born, both the baby and the mother were checked for drug intoxication. NO drugs found in either the mothers system or the babies.
When the doctor took the baby out (vaginal birth), the baby was put on the mothers chest with cord still attached. She told the doctor that he must have did something to make it look like the baby came from her body.
Realize that throughout labor the staff and the doctors trie to show her that she was in pregnant. I cannot remember if they did a sonogram or not. This was in the early 80′s.
I do not know what the outcome was as I was a student and that was my last day on this rotation,
Maybe she thought whe could fool her mom. Kandy mentioned something in front of the mom and doctor, which I still think was unfair of Kandy ( and I love her).
I am going to give Phadera a chance this up coming season. She married an ex-con. Maybe sge has control issues, or maybe she if she married her “equal” he migth leave her. Her mother seems nice enough, but even on what viewers have said about her looks, maybe she felt he was her only chance at love. She is considered a good lawyer from what I can tell.
She does have a potty mouth, but again Kandy has what is basically a radio show that they usualy talk about sex. Kandy said that she is coming out with a sex toy line.
People that go to church are not always pius. They talk about sex with their friends, they make mistakes in their life. I hope that her husband loves her and they become a great family. I think she believes in corporal punishment. I don’t think she will neat her child black and blue.
I never spank my kids, but I have seen how kids are now. No manners, they talk back to their parents and much more. I have Multiple Sclerosis, I needed to sit down and ask my nephew if I could sit down, he told me no he was their first is mother said that she would not ask him to move as she wanted him to learn that he has the right to tell adults no if he wants. I felt like a child pedophile. We were at Ikea and he was taking things out of the bins and putting everything on the floor. I offered to help him put things back and his mom told me no don’ do that. IKEA had people do that for them because it was a child friendly store. I guess I was a mean mom because those toys would have been picked up without help and apology given to a store clerk.
