The evidence is mounting.  Bravo PR will not announce this until after the reunion, but it looks like the Salahi’s are toast. Why else would they take action on so many fronts to try to get monetary awards? It seems more about winning than clearing their names.

Lisa Bloom, the attorney who recently dropped Michael Lohan from her client list and the daughter of mega-lawyer Gloria Allred, has taken up the Salahi cause. Not only has this email gone out to the fellow cast members, but to various bloggers as well.

In the Salahi world of delusion, if you don’t say it, it didn’t happen. As far as Lisa Bloom’s motivation for representing them, who knows? Maybe she believes them. Diane Dimond seems to.

Or could there be some other motive?  Are these attorneys and writers trying to recapture some of the mystique they had in the OJ Simpson trial days?  Look at the names.  Will Star Jones take up the Salahi cause next?

How does Lisa Bloom plan to get paid?

UPDATE: Cast member Lynda Erkiletian says that she still plans on calling the Salahis “the White House party crashers,” just with “alleged” in front of it.

Lynda’s lawyer Mark Lane says, “After eight months of exhausting the taxpayer’s money investigating this issue, she could save everyone’s time and money by just producing the invitation.”

  1.

It appears more of Lisa Bloom’s clients are broke, her “high profile” clients at least. Michael Lohan is one of hers, his only regular income was when he spent time in prison.

I think if Bravo got rid of Danielle, who had at least a couple of seasons of mileage to offer, why keep the “Suin’ Salahi’s” who offer neither truth nor charm, I think the other housewives have already started the I won’t film with them excuses. You can’t have a show with no interaction but the confessional, it doesn’t work. They are more handicap than asset and we know Bravo will give the boot if you become an actual problem, threatening to sue your paycheck writer probably wasn’t Lisa Bloom’s finest hour to keep them getting money from Bravo. That was a stupid move insinuating a suit unless the made other people no say what they think. There is free speech after all. Who says the Salahi’s have been cleared, they were under investigation after all. Where is the statement the investigation is over?

The question of how long until this lawyer is also suing them for payment immediately came to my mind. My opinion is that she knows she will not, but when she has to go sue them for payment, this will bring her publicity more valuable than any actual owed payment. Someone tired of living in mommy’s shadow?

Instead of referring to them as alleged crashers, how about “not welcome attendees”. Or Grifters?

  4.

not that the Salahis have any credibility, but Erkiletian’s credibility in being represented by a wacko like Mark Lane comes into question…Mark Lane (of JFK conspiracy theory, Jonestown massacre infamy — as well as being the lawyer for followers of Ayatollah Khomeini in Washington)… what is Erkiletian’s relationship that she retains him as her lawyer?
