Ramona Singer,Nene Leakes and Danielle Staub on Maury Povich?

Why are Ramona Singer, NeNe Leakes and Danielle Staub on the Maury Povich Show anyway?  What’s next,  Jerry Springer?  Then again….

Another question: In the past Nene Leakes was a staunch Danielle Staub supporter.  Why diss her now, NeNe?  Yeah, we get it, don’t we? As for Ramona Singer and NeNe Leakes, do they need to be reminded they work the same reality whore side of the street as Danielle?

Maybe the Maury Povich Show doesn’t serve pinot grigio in the green room? That seems the only plausible reason why Ramona Singer of the Real Housewives of New York City acted like such a miserable diva during yesterday’s taping. Or maybe it was because she had to hang out with Danielle Staub and NeNe Leakes, who were also being interviewed?

Backstage, Singer was “standoffish, antisocial and on her Blackberry the whole time,” a crew member said. “She seemed jealous that people were making more of a fuss about Danielle and asking for a picture with her.” (Well, sheesh, that would insult anyone’s ego, would it not?)

The insider says that when the three housewives eventually posed for pictures together, “Ramona suddenly sat down and said, ‘I’m not taking any more pictures.’”

After taping the in-studio segment, they went to NYC’s John Barrett Salon for makeovers. “Ramona told the producers, ‘I’m hungry! I’m going to lunch and then Bergdorf Goodman, “So she and NeNe went to lunch, leaving Danielle alone at the salon. The crew had to shoot around NeNe and Ramona until they showed up nearly an hour late.”

When she returned, Singer demanded “the best hair and makeup person at John Barrett,” claims the source. “It was ridiculous — she was already made up from the studio!”

Adds the insider, “She was a total handful! She threw a tantrum about everything!”

Next time Povich and his staff will be prepared: a case of a fine white wine should do the trick.
