Remember the judgment Jay Photoglou won in court from Gretchen Rossi for $22,000? Turns out she didn’t pay him after all. On the advice of boyfriend Slade Smiley, known for his honesty and forthrightness when it comes to money matters, she got tax information on Jay and made the check out to the California Franchise Tax Board.

Well folks, that move did not go as Ms. Rossi planned. FTB rejected the check. She has to go to court today with a cashier’s check made out to guess who?
Jay Photoglou, the guy whose picture is in the dictionary above the word persistence.

Usually I enjoy your comments; however, this one was inappropriate regarding Jay. His name is not phototube, its photoglou, and he happens to be a friend of mine so i am “qualified” to explain that he is not a stalker or stalkerish or has a predisposition. Ms Rossi lied about him (I have seen the documents) as she has lied about most everything about and in her life. Next time, please research your information before you make such bold statements. There is no factual evidence of stalker behavior on Jay’s part. Slade’s child support failures and deadbeat status is well and legally documented.
Slade is a criminal. Phototube is the biggest stalker(goldigging male hoe). Gretchen sure has the most horrid taste in men and makeup and bags too.LOL. She is skinny though.LOL. I cannot stand slimey after what he has done to his child but phototube is a close second. If he is not a stalker then he sure has the predisposition.
and it is…when you owe a judgment its best to pay it and not get cute with who you make the check out to. had she not done that this would have been over months ago. as with all the other drama and scandal in her life she brought this on herself.
