Perhaps one day there will be a story about Josh Waring, son of Lauri Waring Peterson from the Real Housewives of Orange County that doesn’t involve jail.
TMZ reports Waring was picked up in Irvine on Friday night on a warrant for a probation violation.
Waring was also busted in June 2008 (possession of heroin and ecstasy and intent to sell), July 2009 (possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia), and April 2010 (battery on a spouse or significant other and false imprisonment, both misdemeanors).
He is currently being held without bail and is set to face a judge on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Lauri and her daughter Ashley Zarlin are in New York City, along with Gretchen Rossi. Gretchen is scheduled to appear on Shop NBC July 30, selling her new line of handbags. Whether Lauri and Ashley intend to return to Orange County by Tuesday is unknown.

Its really sad to read that this young man is once again back introble with the Law. There is always two sides to the story, but i have to say I think the fault should be placed on the parents of this child.
It is so sad, I have been reading through the old news and all I can see is someone who so wanted to be loved by someone, anyone. That is all anyone wants. It’s too bad his mother loved herself more. I have seen this happen to kids before and this is his mothers fault. It is such a shame even on the show she hides behind the I didn’t cause it, etc…line, she did cause it. But one thing in Josh’s favor. What comes around, always goes around eventually.
Well more bad news for Josh he in the slammer again and just like usual Mommy dearest is partying in Cabo with Assley and none of Georges kids. That kid has grown up into a man that is going to have a heapload of trouble all his life..and he has his mother to thank for it.
