I’ve been watching “Bethenny Getting Married?” since the show debuted. Bethenny Frankel has no problem showing us her real life. She can dish it out and take it, her emotions are relatable and raw. Only someone like her from the Real Housewives Franchise can carry their own show.
Bravo tried it two years ago with Jo de la Rosa and Slade Smiley on “Date My Ex” a show so bad they never mention it on Bravo. It wasn’t even campy. The truth is, none of the other “Housewives” has a life that is interesting enough to carry a prime-time hour without an ensemble cast.
Gretchen Rossi stalker Tweetmaxine and her naive followers believe Gretchen will get her own show….please…doing what? Laughing at Slade Smiley’s lame-ass jokes? The truth is, Gretchen doesn’t do anything, and too much is hidden in lies and scams. Tweetmaxine also seems to think NeNe Leakes will have her own show, an even worse idea.
Jill Zarin seems to think she has enough “star power” to carry her own show, which is the underlying reason for her complete, all-consuming jealousy of Bethenny. But really, what does she do except cause drama, wear ugly clothes and sell fabric? Not to mention the fact that we’ve seen enough dog shit to last a lifetime!
Will the marriage to Jason Hoppy last? Who knows. It’s almost like” City Mouse, Country Mouse”. Whatever happens, Bethenny seems willing to show us.
And that makes for good TV.

I totally agree. The emotions on Bethenny Getting Married? are raw and real. The show takes us on a Ramonacoaster ride of laughter and tears. Bethenny doesn’t hide anything, good or bad.
I think bethenny is the realest housewive of all the shows and that is why she has her own show. Its about time i hear something positive in this website its all so negative like some of the bloggers that post stuff here.
What is funny is that the show “Date My Ex” was a very popular show with Bravo. When asked to do “Date My Ex 2″ I understand they declined the show. Date My Ex continues to air internationaly and is pulling huge numbers for Bravo abroad. Did you ever stop to think how lucky Bethany is? There isn’t anything else on TV Thursday nights.. No Idol, No Survivor, no nada so her arigance is a little premature..
I agree with you 1 million percent!! Bethenny really is the only one that could hold a show on her own and she proves it each week so far!! Jill surely couldn’t and I really hope Bravo has enough sense not to waste a penny to even see if she could……bleh!!

Couldn’t agree more. Once more, the jealousy the others have shown since B got her own show is proving to be the death of them. It sure has sent them into a tailspin. Especially Jill and Kelly!
I agree, nobody else could pull off their own show – I LOVE Bethenny’s show, she is cute (sometimes), she is real, she is bitingly funny and intelligent.
