“I don’t see myself going back to The Real Housewives the way that the cast is now,” the new mom told PEOPLE Thursday at a Pampers event in New York on Thursday.
Frankel went on a “horrendous” trip to the Virgin Islands with her nemesis Kelly Bensimon and saw her friendship with Jill Zarin unravel on the latest season of the reality show.
Whether or not she decides to step away from the drama, Frankel is more than happy to continue appearing on another show: Her own.
Bethenny Getting Married? has been so well received, everyone loves it and it’s really all about me, so that takes a big weight off of my shoulders because I guess I can carry a show,” she says about the highest-rated premiere in Bravo’s history.
“I just am so happy. I really have the best fans. They’re so interactive and they root for me,” she adds. “I could cry. I have the best fans. It’s all about the relationship with the fans.”

She needs to get out of the craziness! As much as I selfishly want Bethenny on RHONY it is healthier for her if she does not come back.
Isn’t that a bit Diva-ish. She did it for three years, now all of a sudden she can’t handle the cast. Well then again she is the favorite and has her own show…remember Jill Zarin was the favorite/popular a couple season’s ago…it’s a cycle.
Bettteny’s show is really good. She already broke loose from the Housewives. Why go back? Jill and Kelly deserve each other. Let’s see how long it takes for them to be at each other’s throats.
Bethenny truly deserves all the amazing joy that has come her way in the last year.
