Slade Smiley ‘s child support court hearing turned into a circus worthy of The Real Housewives of Orange County on Friday.
Smiley owes $110,000 in back child support to Michelle Arroyo and was accompanied to court by Gretchen Rossi. Guess who also made an appearance? Right, Jay Photoglou. Slade was furious.
Photoglou and Rossi have waged their own court war, suing each other after a long-running public feud.
Smiley was incensed to see Photoglou in the courtroom and authorities were involved in keeping the parties separate.
Slade then asked the judge to have Photoglou removed from the courtroom. All parties not directly involved in the matter, including Gretchen, were told to leave court.

First of all, “jen” your information was incorrect and second this issue does not have anything to do with Rossi. She also had no business being there and should have stayed out of it and stayed home.
Miss Rossi was never in the court room but Photoglou was asked to leave. This stalker has now seaked out his ex and is trying to insert himself in matters that don’t concern him. I hope the authorites put Jay behind bars. It was Mr Smiley who called for the hearing today ordering his ex to be present
the rossi broad was held in a room on the 2nd flr and was threatened with arrest while the douche actually admitted she has helped him hide his paycheck from BRAVO by having them pay it to her and then she gave it back to him by writing him checks. he also asked for his driver license back but was shut down. i dont know why he cares about that.
