As we have seen Bethenny’s rise from reality star to real star, I have wondered how she keeps up the pace.

She’s in Chicago, and she just tweeted this:

Scratch that last tweet:WTF.how am I getting my first AM sickness at 6 mos?I just put on quite a show in the middle of the water tower.SICK

I hope she’s ok.  Slow down Bethenny, you’re about to become a mother!
