I just checked out the website. The realestate is ok and there are some nice views but very cheap looking suites. Lots of cheap wood. It looks as if many of the furnishings came from IKEA. Ok for a dorm room but not a boutique hotel.
I would stay there, but only if Bellino was not involved. Shady.

I think its great if you want to stay in Laguna Beach with Jim and Alexis, he is dealing with his free ads on Craigslist. I thought they were rich, so why are they using free ads for buying and selling pawn shop junk, hotel rooms and renting Alexis out to whoever will pay the most for her a**.
Jim answers if you want to discuss his religion, as he says he knows so much about religion as it is a great way to control women, or that is control Alexis or the show, or selling a old gold bracelet for a loan right from Jim. He will buy the cheapest jewelry you have, so bring some down to his pawn shop, they need something to sell so he can pay for alexis’s tan, nails, hair, surgery, clothes,…
