RadarOnline.com has exclusively uncovered court documents that show Frank and Lynne Curtin from Real Housewives of Orange County are getting evicted from the house they currently live in.
Shockingly, this makes it the third time an unlawful detainer has been filed against the Curtins in 9 months,
According to the court papers the Orange County Sheriff’s Department served the Curtins a 5-day notice to vacate the premises on November 2, 2009. They not only failed to pay more than a partial security deposit, but the haven’t paid the $ 2595 monthly rent.
Lynne and family are still in the house. So far
They have a $1.2 million dollar judgment against them in neighboring Riverside County, and court records show that since 2000, Lynne and husband Frank, have had 5 unlawful detainers filed against them.
Someone from the show stated “We are all perplexed at what Lynne does with her money, she’s making $90K this year for appearing on the show, making more than enough to afford her monthly rent. I guess they are professional squatters!” Ya think?
What about these landlords that continue to rent to them, accept partial payments, The Curtins must talk an awfully good game! they certainly know the California occupancy laws well.
