Nene Leakes has lost her mind this season. Like Tamra Barney of The Real Housewives of Orange County, and, to a lesser extent, Jill Zarin of the Real Housewives of New York, the limited fame they gained from one season of their shows really went to their heads and exposed the true nature of these women.
What did Kim Zolciak really do to Nene last season? Started hanging out with Sheree. That’s all. What was her response? that drunken song in the limo. It escalated to an all out war, but in the end, Nene was still the most popular one.
But this season, it’s all about hate. She let Slick Sheree back in, Sheree’s “tardy to the party” getting back with Nene as her popularity fades.
She now hates Kim, as evidenced by that phone call from Kim on Watch What Happens: Live, and she also hates Kandi Burruss, as evidenced by this radio interview: Kandi and NeNe: How Dreadful
On her show, Wendy Williams asked her if she disliked all her cast mates. Nene glossed over the question.
It all makes for good train wreck television. Nene somehow got the notion that because she had mass approval, she was free to say or do anything. Including behaving like a damn fool. And calling all critics “Haters”. Yes, Nene, we all want to be just like you.
