What’s up with the Barneys? Simon Barney took out a 40 year mortgage on the Ladera Ranch home. The home is in his name only (Yo Tammy: Gretchen owns her own home!) They bought when the market was high, took the equity out, and can’t get the price they want. If pimpin’ tequila is not as lucrative as it seems, can you say foreclosure? Or shall we say short sale?
